I’m not going to say our program is for everyone, because it’s not. We want you to be 100 percent comfortable. That’s number one. Two, we want you to go at your own pace. The last thing we want to do is rush you. You choose the course, so don’t think that we’ll have you running 100 miles on day one. That’s not how our program operates, you control the pace and you ultimately control the results. We’re here to guide you, teach you and make your personal training program the most effective it can be. Period.
