Simply click on the ‘Get a Free Guest Pass’ option and enter all the valid information. Your request will be processed immediately, and you will be able to print out your Guest Pass.

Congratulations! You have now taken the first step and set up a Personal Training Session. Our personal training is regarded as the most effective and beneficial solution towards creating a healthy and fit lifestyle. The session will last between 30 and 60 minutes, in which one of our fitness trainers will spend the first session examining your current physical level.

This is an important part of personal training, as it helps our trainers get a better idea of your current fitness level and plan your program accordingly. So, be prepared for them to take measurements of weight and height.

They will measure key body points and places you want to work on, and also ask questions regarding your fitness goals. This will help maximize the efficiency of your training program.

Before you begin your training, our trainer will also spend some time explaining different machines and equipment you may be using in the future. Next, the exercises will begin and our trainer will provide proper guidance on the correct technique and posture for each exercise. Feel free to ask any questions you have regarding exercises.

Now, wrapping up your training session, our fitness trainer will provide you with a written schedule regarding your exercising routine. They will also provide all the necessary information you need about our operating hours and class schedules. After that, you will be given a price list of services, so that you can go through them later at home. If needed, you can gain membership right then and there.
