One 30 minute session per month – Schedule up to 2 weeks ahead, 7 Days a week depending on the trainers schedule. No cash value and if session is missed by client, there are no reinstatements allowed. Must be a members the gym to take personal training and it’s for new members only. Not valid for Current members.
30 to 60-Minute Training Sessions
We choose our personal trainers based on interpersonal skills and technical expertise. Our personal trainers will give you focused attention and help you stay motivated, allowing you to reach your fitness goals,as our certified and experienced trainers provide inspiration and guidance with customized programs which are based completely on your goals.
Whether you want to gain lean muscle, lose weight, or feel and look better in your clothes, our personal trainer will guide you throughout. The training sessions will last up to 30 to 60 minutes depending on which one you have signed up for.
Nevertheless, if you are looking for something different you can even sign up for our private sessions for kickboxing, Pilates, yoga, and boxing
