Who is this challenge for?

Anyone! If you’ve struggled to lose weight, here’s your opportunity. If you want to get healthier for your family and children, fill out the form. If you need a commitment to reach your health goals, this is it. It doesn’t matter what health goals you want to achieve, this challenge is designed around your needs and your needs only.

30 to 60-Minute Training Sessions

We choose our personal trainers based on interpersonal skills and technical expertise. Our personal trainers will give you focused attention and help you stay motivated, allowing you to reach your fitness goals,as our certified and experienced trainers provide inspiration and guidance with customized programs which are based completely on your goals.

Whether you want to gain lean muscle, lose weight, or feel and look better in your clothes, our personal trainer will guide you throughout. The training sessions will last up to 30 to 60 minutes depending on which one you have signed up for.

Nevertheless, if you are looking for something different you can even sign up for our private sessions for kickboxing, Pilates, yoga, and boxing

If a member brings in a non-member to do our Challenge, they will receive a $20 discount. That means members can join for only $79!!!

NON MEMBERS: $149 and includes a discounted membership at $15/month; 2 SGT Classes per week; Access to the SGT Room, T-Shirt, Water Bottle, Nutritional Counseling every week; PT discounts.
