SGT PUR Functional Fitness
Functional training pushes the movements you do daily to their limits. Utilizing our PURmotion functional training rig, along with a variety of standard and non-standard fitness equipment, we will challenge you – making you more fit in the process.

Zumba® – The Zumba® program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. Our goal is simple: We want you to want to work out, to love working out, to get hooked.
Zumba® can be found at Hometown Fitness on Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday.
PiYo – PiYo is a low-impact, high-intensity body transformation program. It uses the most effective Pilates and Yoga inspired moves set to a fast pace to help you burn fat while you sculpt long, lean muscles. You’ll sculpt every inch of your body without weights and without straining your joints. You get your strength, your cardio and your flexibility training all in one program.

CardioKick – This class is a great way to torch calories through an intense cross-training and total-body workout. This fiercely energetic workout will focus on cardiovascular training as well as toning and core work.
Cardio Kick is at Hometown Fitness, scheduled on Monday.
Utilizing TRX Suspension bands, your body will be put through the whole gambit of strength, balance, core activation and cardio. A workout different from any you’ve done before. You control the intensity. Moving to music makes this workout….well….. a funout.
SGT TRX is scheduled on Thursday.
Boot Camp 550
550 calorie Burn -Conditioning Military Style inspired circuit workout using calisthenics and training drills. No matter what your fitness level, this class is for those who want a no nonsense total body workout. Get results!!
