While this one may seem like common sense, veggies are the fuel of the body. You want to include low-carb vegetables in your diet. These veggies have low calories, they allow you to fill up without all the extra weight gain.

(3) Decrease Starches And Sugars

For all you soda drinkers, the sugars are killing you and causing you to gain weight. Sugars are unhealthy for you and you have to get off it. Be aware of the amount of sugars in your food and drinks. While you shouldn’t quit consuming sugar cold turkey, you can slowly eliminate it from your diet.


Both starches and sugars are responsible for the stimulate secretion of insulin. If you didn’t know already, insulin is the main fat storage hormone in the body. When you decrease insulin, stored fat is easier to get off.


(4) Drink Plenty Of Water

We talked about sugars earlier and how bad sugar is for the body. Sugar is one of the most common causes of weight gain and you have to be careful, sugar is found in a LOT of things.


As you’re trying to lose weight quickly, you need to make sure you stay hydrated. I recommend drinking at least 4 cups of water, 8 cups of water is recommended. If you can commit to at least 4 cups of water a day, it’s going to be a big benefit to you.


If you’re giving up sugars, don’t be surprised if you feel one hundred times better.


(5) Juicing

Juicing for weight loss is becoming a very popular way to lose weight. Fruits are great for you and there’s a long list of them that can be considered to add to your daily diet.


Apples, bananas, kiwi, strawberries and blueberries are all possible choices.

This is more of a “common sense” tip but a lot of people don’t understand how quickly you can reverse wight gain with portion control.

(7) No Processed Foods

Processed foods are one of the worst things you can consume. Two words for you when it comes to processed foods, STAY AWAY!!!


Your target foods should be all natural whole foods. This includes meats as well.
