Personally, I love this workout. Do I think all levels can see success with this weight loss program? Absolutely. It doesn’t mean that you won’t be pushed to the limit, this is a quick paced program. However, if you’re new to lose weight or haven’t exercised in a LONG time, you can still handle it. For you fitness gurus, this is still an awesome workout to get “one in.”

I love it! Zumba is another weight loss program you’ll find at Hometown Fitness throughout the week. Personally, I love the motivation of this workout, the rhythms, just makes you want to move. It’s fun, exciting and it makes you want to go get it.

 

Zumba is great for weight loss and great for exercising the whole body. There’s nothing left untouched after this workout.

 

CardioKick

If you’re looking to burn calories, watch out! CardioKick is the perfect solution for weight loss and ensurance.

 

This class is a great way to torch calories through an intense cross-training and total-body workout. This fiercely energetic workout will focus on cardiovascular training as well as toning and core work.

 

This workout is awesome! A few workouts with this group class will have you losing weight in no time. Personally, CardioKick is one of my favorites. Our group members have high review marks for this one-of-a-kind workout. Burn fat like never before and never look back.
